At Ibiza Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional styling tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused hairbrushes or tools in their original box, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Ibiza Hair

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
